WingWomen - Executive Coaching

My coaching practice for professional women moving through transition: a new mandate, a departure, a re-entry, or the decision that comes before any of them.

The practice

WingWomen is where the coaching side of my work lives. Clients are women with real professional weight behind them - leading teams, running functions, building companies - at a point where the next move is not obvious. The sessions are direct and grounded in three decades of having sat on the other side of those decisions.

The training is formal: Co-Active certification and ORSC (CRR Global) for relationship and systems coaching. The perspective is operational.

The WingStage Framework

WingStage treats a transition as a sequence of stages rather than a single leap. It begins with an honest read of where you actually stand, moves through clarifying what you want the next chapter to carry, and builds the practical and internal groundwork before the visible move is made. Each stage has its own work, and skipping one is usually what makes a transition feel stuck. It is designed for women who need momentum and structure at the same time.
