Stephanie Parague

My career started in financial services, where I spent over two decades across product development, strategy execution, and employee engagement. I've led programs with budgets up to CHF 20 million - bringing new products to market, retaining revenue under direct competitive threat, and running the first large-scale competitor displacement sales program undertaken by Thomson Reuters and a global investment bank, with a team of eighty-five.

I built my track record moving from Program Manager to Executive Director: leading EU financial regulatory delivery for MiFID II and PRIIP with a team of seventy across multiple markets, running the SIX Financial Information business unit strategy, and ultimately directing funds strategy implementation - organic and inorganic growth, staffing, and client engagement, end to end.

For the past decade the work has been consulting: organisations in crisis, organisations restructuring, organisations trying to change a culture that no longer serves their mandate. Typically I am working with the executive team and the board at the same time, translating between them, and staying long enough that the new structure is genuinely owned internally.

The coaching credentials came later and deliberately. Co-Active certification, then ORSC (CRR Global) for relationship and systems coaching, alongside a master's in psychology and neuroscience currently in progress. The point was never to become a coach instead of a consultant - it was to bring the tools of a trained coach into rooms where strategic and structural decisions are made.

I sit on the board of Caritas Schweiz and on the board of Women in Tech Switzerland as Strategic Event Lead. I live in Zürich.
