Track 03

DEI & Women's Empowerment

Equity work that changes an organisation happens in governance, budget and structure. I do this from board seats and strategic platforms - not from the sidelines of a diversity calendar.

Position

Institutional leverage, not awareness campaigns.

Events matter when they are instruments of a strategy: convening the people who control decisions, on the questions that determine whether anything changes afterwards. My work in this track combines board governance, strategic convening and public advocacy - with the same discipline I apply to any organisational mandate.

Roles & platforms

Women in Tech Switzerland (WITS)

Board Member - Strategic Event Lead

Board responsibility for the strategic platform: which conversations the organisation convenes, which institutions it brings into the room, and how that agenda connects to WITS' longer-term positioning in Swiss tech.

Caritas Schweiz

Board Member

Governance of a national social organisation - strategy, oversight and institutional accountability, where questions of equity are questions of mandate rather than programming.

World Economic Forum, Davos

Panellist - women's health and AI

Contributing to the Davos conversation on how AI systems encode existing gaps in women's health data, and what governance is required of the institutions deploying them.

International Women's Day, Basel

Convenor - Data.Design.Prevention

An event on women's health and technology, built to move the discussion from awareness towards data, design decisions and preventative systems.
